Task: Follow-up for Mastercard program results and communication campaigns, support for business decisions
Solution: Knowing the business goals, we worked out what kind of data-visualization solutions could help in the decision-making process. We assessed and then integrated the data sources into the DOMO data visualization tool. Continuously collected data are processed and displayed on an easy-to-understand dashboard based on our Multi-Funnel concept, which provides information on attendance, usage, conversion and (cost) efficiency.
